Casoncelli has always been a dish of the people—born from resourcefulness, tradition, and the desire to turn simple ingredients into something worth gathering around. It’s comfort, heritage, and home folded into every parcel.

Our journey began with those same humble values and has been shaped by years in Michelin-starred kitchens, Michelin Key hotels, five-star resorts, and exceptional local fine dining restaurants. Along the way, we learned that true luxury is found in thoughtful details, genuine care, and unparalleled hospitality. Every experience has refined our craft while never losing sight of where it all began.

Our modern interpretation replaces the rustic filling with slow-confit duck leg—rich, precise, and deeply savory—wrapped in delicate charcoal pasta and finished with a curry-infused Sauternes sauce.
