I had the tape and the drive. What I didn’t have was a single person to explain how the system actually worked. Juco, a redshirt year, then I earned my way to Division 1.

Eight years after that, playing professional football in Europe. Coached defensive backs along the way. Same story every season, on both sides of the ball: real potential, and nobody showing these guys how to be seen.

Atlantic Grid is the structure I wish someone had handed me at seventeen. Free 2-minute eligibility check, link in bio!!

European players are getting to US college football right now. Not the one in a million, normal players who figured out the steps early enough to act on them.
The problem is nobody tells you it’s possible, so most guys never start. Then they find out at 19 or 20 and the runway is short.
I spent 8 years playing over there and came through the US system myself. Atlantic Grid exists so you don’t have to guess what your next step is.

Seasons are ending across Europe. Most players treat what comes next as time off.

It is the opposite. Everything that decides whether you play college football next year happens now, while nobody is watching you play. Your film gets cut or it does not. Your paperwork gets started or it does not. A coach can find you or he cannot.

American coaches are in season until around the turn of the year. When they look up, you are either ready or you are not.

Start now.

You finish school, you enroll at a university at home, you keep playing for your club. That’s a standard path. It is also what opens the five-year window, even if you never play a down for that university.
The U.S. Senate passed the Protect College Sports Act this week. Five years to play five seasons, starting at the earlier of the academic year after your 19th birthday or the day you enrol full time anywhere in the world.
Club football on its own does not start it. Juco football starts it and never resets it, whatever you have been told.
Not law yet. Worth knowing your date either way.

Been building this for a while and my ultimate goal is to help educate and guide European athletes that want to play in NCAA. So many guys ive come across think about it too late but i want to be a resource for them to help map out their steps.
If youre coaching now or know a kid in that spot, send it his way.

Take your recruiting into your own hands.

Camps work. Film works. Neither is the whole plan. A camp puts you in front of coaches for a weekend. Your own outreach is what happens the other fifty-one.

It costs nothing, you can do it from your bedroom in October, and it is the most overlooked thing in European recruiting.

The reason people skip it is not laziness. It is not knowing where to aim. Which level is realistic, which programmes fit you, what to put in the first email so it does not get deleted. Get those right and the emails start working. Get them wrong and you can send two hundred and hear nothing.

That is the part we help with.

Start with the eligibility check in the bio. It tells you which level you are actually looking at. taken in Germany by @atlanticgrid

10,000+ coaching contacts. FBS, FCS, Division II, Division III and NAIA.

Emails, X accounts, recruiting questionnaires. Every level of American college football, mapped.

Here is why it covers all five and not just the top one. Ask a European athlete where he wants to play and he names an FBS school. Ask him to name a Division II programme and he cannot name one. The level where you can actually play is usually not the level you had in mind, and it is the one where a coach writes back.

Which level are you aiming at? Comment it.

Seasons are ending across Europe. In America they are only just starting.

US coaches are in season until around the turn of the year. They are coaching their own team, not reading messages from Europe. Most European athletes email in October, hear nothing back, and decide they are not good enough. Nobody was looking yet.

If you want to play college football in 2027, the next few months decide it. Four things to have finished before they look up. Swipe.

This is what sending your film over actually looks like. Takes about a minute.

Drop the link, tell me your position, and that’s it. I watch the tape and tag it rep by rep, then you get a written report back. Every phase of your position graded, what’s working, what isn’t, and the specific fix for each.

Two players. Born in the same year, five weeks apart. One gets an extra year of eligibility and neither of them knows it.

The NCAA clock can start on your 19th birthday whether you have enrolled anywhere or not. The cutoff is 1 September. Which side of that date you were born on decides whether your clock starts this US academic year or the next one.

One catch. If you enrol full time at a university, the clock starts then and your birthday stops mattering. The NCAA counts any college or university, including one in your own country and including a junior college.

If you are doing national service, that time may be excluded, but only if you are not playing organised competition during it. Keep playing club ball through your service and you lose the exclusion.

As of June 2026 this applies to Division II as well as Division I. If someone told you Division II is a way around the clock, that advice is out of date.

Most guys in Europe have never had their tape actually broken down. A coach glances at it, says looks good, and that’s the whole feedback loop. Nobody tells them what a US staff would notice in the first thirty seconds.

That’s what this is for. I spent eight years playing over there and coaching DBs, and I know exactly what shows up on that tape that nobody’s pointing out.

Starting with DBs and linebackers, since those are the positions I actually know inside out. More to come after that.

If you want yours looked at for free in the first rollout, DM me.

This is the free eligibility check, start to finish. Two minutes, no account.

You answer some questions about your age, your school situation, your film, and where you play. It runs the NCAA clock against your date of birth and tells you where you actually stand right now.

Then we help you build the path from there.

Most guys over here never get this information until they’ve already lost a year to it.
