I’ve been working in music since the age of 18, which totals 27 years and counting. Additionally, I’ve run my own company for over 20 years, including Atlas Artists, now in its 8th year.

During my 27 years in the industry, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to experience solid success but numerous failures too. There have been times when I’ve winged it, got lucky, made many mistakes, worked incredibly hard, and sacrificed a great deal, including friendships and relationships. I’ve experienced burnout, lost the plot, and confidence, but also rebuilt and grown stronger, happier, and wiser. My story may not be unique, especially in the music/entertainment industry, but as we approach 2024, I’m incredibly grateful to be in a place where I enjoy my work more than ever, utilising everything I’ve learned—and am still learning.

2023 has been another great year, marked by notable successes for the enigmatic and unique trio @__gabriels__ and the ever-increasing presence of @rachelchinouriri whose debut album is set for release in the first half of 2024. I couldn’t be happier for her.

I’m also very excited about the return of @celeste, who will be releasing an array of thought-provoking, deep, emotionally raw, and honest new music throughout 2024 and beyond.

@dan.hylnu aka Dan Hylton, continues to prosper and grow, adding notable credits to his writer and producer achievements.

A very special mention goes to @missmaitland and @hope_james for their brilliance and commitment to Atlas, and a warm welcome to Taormina Miller @tao.miller, who will be joining us in January from UTA. A heartfelt thank you also goes to our label partners @parlophone and @polydorrecords for their ongoing belief, trust, and investment.

Finally, a massive thank you to all the individuals, specialists, companies and teams we and our artists work with. Without you, none of this would function or be half as enjoyable.

Peace out Duncan taken in London, United Kingdom by @atlasartists

Today is a momentous day as @__gabriels__ release their debut album, "Angels and Queens’.

This significant event also marks the first album release on the Atlas Artist label, in collaboration with @parlophone and its a honour to be a part of this prestigious partnership.

@__gabriels__ our journey together has been nothing short of extraordinary. I came across the band during the lockdown when I first heard "Love and Hate in a Different Time,” which instantly moved me. Despite never meeting face-to-face, we established a strong connection and sealed our alliance by signing the band over Zoom.... We then met for the first time, in London, when they played their first ever live show as a band. The rest is history....

I want to personally extend my deepest gratitude to @iamjacoblusk @aribalouzian and @_ryanhope for their unwavering trust in me and for granting me the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.

A special acknowledgement goes to @missmaitland my invaluable right-hand woman at Atlas Artists, as well as the entire team @parlophone and @warnermusicuk Your unwavering support has been crucial in turning this dream into a reality.

Today's release is just the beginning.
