Pretty hard to make good time when the scenery looks like this. 🍁🍂

Fall riding in the Cascades is very stop-and-go: stop here for a photo, go half a mile, then stop again. 🚦

It’s ridiculous out there right now. Even mundane sections of road deserve a second look. You could spend the better part of an afternoon not making much progress at all and still feel pretty good about how the day went.

Getting out to this onslaught of fall foliage usually requires a highway slog, which is where the ATLAS earns its keep.

Find an excuse to get a proper ride in before these beautiful fall colors end up on the ground. The stuff on your to-do list will probably be there when you get back.

Wrapping up a couple of long days filming and shooting photos in the Cascades with @dadventuremoto. Pretty damn lucky to call this work.

There’s a lot of pavement between the pretty spots, though, and the KTM 500 will make sure you feel every mile. A little appreciation for my ATLAS for making those highway slogs tolerable 😂

Now to sort through all these photos.

🏍️🔒First ride with the @atlasmoto Throttle Lock! I found this way more handy than expected and used it a lot on my way out to the Olympics. ⛰️

The active throttle, where it stays engaged wherever you leave it, was super fun through the twisties. It’s easy to disengage or simply decelerate as the friction is super minimal but just enough.

My throttle hand also appreciated the break on the Highway stretches post off-road. 🤘

Why does ATLAS make a Top Kit AND a Bottom Kit?

Because motorcycles refuse to make anything universal easy.

The two ATLAS Throttle Locks work exactly the same. They’re simply mirrored so we can fit as many motorcycles as possible.

Most bikes will use the Bottom Kit. But depending on tank clearance, heated grip wiring, or other interference around the throttle housing, the Top Kit may be the better fit.
