You don’t believe your reps will succeed.

You know how hard it was to get the success you’ve earned.

Countless hours spent. Blood sweat and tears shed, and after all that you don’t want people that you care about to go through the same thing and not succeed.

It’s understandable. It’s also not a you problem, it’s an environment problem. See you have the ability to lead you just don’t have the systems and the success around you to confidently duplicate.

Instead of taking the gamble on your friend’s lives why not just put them in a situation where success is average?
