This past Sunday, we hosted our very first event, a beautiful morning of yoga and an inspiring talk from a licensed therapist, all in support of mental wellness. We also provided mental health packages including notebooks, stress toys, and wellness cards to help with anxiety throughout the college application process. Thank you to the East Lake Family YMCA for your support and to everyone who showed up!
