Sunset GA AVE - this street’s seen a lot of change over the years. But the sun shines the same either way. Gotta love it 🌅 #atlantatradingpost #atlantasunset #atl by @atltradingpost

It’s hot out there in these PEACHTREE STREETS - grab yours and rock it as-is, tie dye it, write directions on it, wipe down the car with it, or use it as a sweat towel. Any way you slice it - This is THE summer tee in Atlanna - link in bio

NEW IN THE SHOP

Ever wondered what used to be under those condos over there? Then this design is for you - wear it to your favorite food hall that used to be a factory.

The dad hat includes washed out vintage feel - kinda like a gentrified neighborhood.

I’d never noticed this one before - it jumped out at me as it is distinctly modern - almost the opposite of most of the monuments at @oaklandcemetery. Read on for the Find A Grave description:

The sculpture in her honor is next to the McClinton family marker, which is her birth family / maiden name. Lita was cremated. Her ashes were buried at Oakland some years after her death.

Lita was born in Atlanta, the eldest of three children of JoAnn and Emory McClinton. She grew up in the warm, promising embrace of Atlanta’s most prominent African-American families. Her Mom and Dad were always up late helping to chart the political futures of such friends as Charles Weltner and Andrew Young. Lita’s father, Emory, became a high-ranking official with the U.S. Department of Transportation. JoAnn and Emory gave their children every advantage, including membership in Jack and Jill, the exclusive African-American family social club, and a life in which elegant parties and cotillions were routine. Lita was petite, with bright, trusting eyes, her face framed by thick, shoulder-length tresses, and the vivacious Lita had a knack for fashion. Shortly after she graduated from Spelman College in 1975, Lita met and married James Vincent Sullivan, a white man more than ten years her senior. They married Dec. 29, 1976. They spent nearly a decade living in Macon, Georgia, and in their mansion in old-money Palm Beach before moving back home to Atlanta just before filing for divorce. She was a victim. Her husband was convicted on March 10 2006 of hiring a hit man to kill her. Daughter of Emory McClinton and state Rep. Jo Ann McClinton.
