ACAC Intrasquad Meet was 🔥!! Athletes were encouraged to do events they might be a little afraid to swim, and they crushed it! We had several athletes compete in their very first 200 of stroke, 1650 Free, and first 100s of stroke for the 12& Unders too!!! The coaches are so proud of every athlete this weekend!
Keep showing up, doing your best, and trust the process! You got this!! 💪🏻🔥🙌🏼
