The honey wine 🍷 is made with wildflower honey 🍯 so light and lovely! Make sure to order their huge communal platters to share - the beef tibs and yummy veggies are outstanding.

🇬🇷 🤝 🇲🇽 Greek-Mex, it's a thing! Try out this fusion at locally-owned spot @wildtacoz in #FallsChurch VA!

Teddy Koumarianos grew up in the restaurant business as a local and then opened up this spot in 2020 - people since have been loving his cheesy quesadillas, Mexican pizzas, Greek tacos, and famous Gyro! Teddy believes in fresh meat and high-quality ingredients, and only cooks with olive oil 😉 🌮

Nestled on the corner of N. Glebe and Langston Blvd. is this family run Afghan 🇦🇫 spot with cozy homemade dishes like their famous mantu dumplings 🥟 qabuli palaw 🍚 with lamb shank, tender kabobs 🥩vegetarian stews 🍲sambosa (my favorite), as well as complimentary tea 🫖 for anyone who walks through their door. Been to @amu_kitchen_arlington three times now, and am treated like family every time! ♥️

DMV's newest Uyghur spot can be found in Crystal City right near DCA ✈️ and they're serving up homemade Central Asian dishes like their korma stir fried noodles, pumpkin manta dumplings 🥟 lamb and chicken skewers, rice pilaf with 🍤 and lots of vegetarian 🥗 dishes. I'm thrilled that @dolan_dc has landed here in arlington with their unique flavors!

Don't forget to get a pot of their Turkish tea 🫖 and honey 🍯 cake for dessert 😍 They also have locations in Cleavand Park DC, Chantilly, and Falls Church 🚙

this little food truck 🛻 located in Courthouse is serving homemade French éclairs made daily in flavors like double chocolate & French vanilla 🇫🇷
the 🍫 one is made with Belgian chocolate and SO decadent yet light at the same time 😍 They also offer yummy Biscoff lattes and coffee ☕️ Adam one of the owners is super sweet, and they offer free samples!

@eclairscafe is parked Thursday-Sundays from 8am-5pm in the courthouse 🅿️ lot
There's also a @freshfarmarl market on Saturdays in the same lot - so you can hit up multiple local vendors the same time ✅

This well-loved pizza joint has gone viral for its fresh and doughy detroit-style pizza 🍕 but their cheesy NY pie is NOT to be missed! @littlebeastfallschurch is now open ✅ and Chef Emilia and her team makes literally everything from scratch.

My go-to is the NY deck "basil boy" with pepperoni, "red wing" detroit-style with burrata, and the Italian zeppole donuts with lemon 🍋 anglaise for dessert 😍

Thanks to Matt for the fun and friendly visit!
He makes a mean cucumber martini 🍸

So lucky to have the BEST pie 🥧 shop right here in north arlington! This local spot was opened by two atown moms 10 years ago, and have been featured in Southern Living, Northern Virginia Magazine, Washington Post, Washingtonian "Best Pie", Sports Illustrated "Best Thanksgiving Pie", Arlington Magazine and more recently voted at #1 pie by Newsweek 🗞️

Must try Wendy's key lime 🍋‍🟩 mile-high chocolate pie 🍫 their huge chocolate chip cookies 🍪 and the savory chicken sambusa 🫓 They also do maple cinnamon rolls only available Fridays-Sundays 🍁

They sell out fast, especially for the holidays ✨ Highly recommend calling in advance to see what they have left before heading over 🚙 parking is limited.

This McLean spot is serving Southern Thai dishes like I've never seen before 👀 🇹🇭

you have to get their "pad thai chaiya" with comes with a deep-fried lobster 🦞 tail 😍 the steamed dumplings were the freshest I've had, and the whole red snapper fish 🐟 with spicy chu chee curry 🍛 sauce was beautiful!

and the unique Thai-tea creme brûlée was the perfect ending 🧡

if you're looking for a traditional Southern Thai spot serving grandma's recipes - this is it ✅

get ready for the BEST homemade cinnamon rolls of your life, pretzels 🥨 made in front of you, every deli meat you can imagine, and SO much more here at the Amish farmer's market in @annapolisharbourctr 🌊⚓️ just a 45 min drive 🚘 from DC!

First saw @adorkandherfork 's video and knew I needed to clear my calendar...

I went on their busiest day (Saturday) but they've got a solid operation going that makes lines efficient, and quick ✅

There's even a weekend breakfast buffet until 11am! 🍳

They are only open Thursday-Saturdays (closes 3pm Sat!) so make sure to check their hours before heading out there 🫡

Just 10 mins away is downtown Annapolis, and truly the best day trip you can take! 😌🏖️
