Arsenal 107CR.

I’ve had this for 15 years and it’s still rocking an old Jmac gas block and a 5.56 AAC muzzle break I had reamed to 7.62 to run a can. There were not a lot of good options to run suppressed in the early tactical days. We’re blessed with the aftermarket we have now.

This guy has some rounds on it and has its setup changed more times than I can count.

I was told I haven’t posted in a while so here’s the Meridian Defense 101 all dressed up. I love how plum looks in different lighting.

Same same, but different. Long stroke or short stroke?
Scar 16s chopped to 10” paired with an Arsenal 106CR.

The Scar 16 in its short config is an absolutely amazing rifle. I hope you get the chance to shoot one as everyone falls in love once they do.

Okay guys, I finally picked up something to take advantage of all of the cheap 7.62x39…. wait what do you mean everyone is going to 5.56?!

This is an OG CMMG MK47 I have had for about a decade. It’s sporting a super old Daniel Defense 7.62 Lite Rail that has the same lockup as the RIS II’s. I’ve easternized it out about as much I could with the Sureshot buttstock, Zenitco RK-6, Perst 4, and of course the Molot ribbed 40 rounder.

I like wood. I mostly have modernized stuff but I do appreciate some factory soviet laminate.

RPK is an Atlantic Arms kit build that I added a smooth top cover, soviet rear sight, and replaced the adjustable bipod with the more aesthetically pleasing non-adjustable. It was also cerakoted by an old buddy.

The WASR was my very first AK circa 2009 or so. I replaced the wood with soviet laminate and did an oven baked alumahyde finish. The rifle has canted sights and is ridiculously overgassed. It’s perfect.

Please enjoy! by @atravis02

My rather rare SGL 31-95, the closest thing to a factory 74m that was ever imported. It’s a soft shooter and rather accurate for what it is.

It’s dressed with an AK-19 stock, zenitco, and a PO 4x17 optic. The PO scope is essentially a russian ACOG with an excellent BDC reticle and field of view. The biggest downside is a tight eyebox similar to an ACOG.

Molot VEPR 1V and Molot RPK-74m. Picked up a PT-3, handguard, and angled grip adapter for the 1V recently. I’m still looking for a B33 RPK but it’s proving elusive. How would you set it up?

It was tough getting these two long boys in frame together.

5.56 or 7.62?

Arsenal 106F and 107FR setup up with similar capability. Are you an Aimpoint or Eotech fan? Wolverine or Putnik? PT-1 or PT-3?

I love these setups and I must be weird because I really enjoy the 16” guns.

Molot VEPR 1V RPK (5.56mm). A pretty rare bird to begin with, I imagine a rather desirable variant given the availability of FRT’s these days. Somehow I’ve managed to keep this one in its factory form for a couple years now.

I’ve been slowly picking up RPK zenitco for it. I’ve aquired a grip, buttstock, and handguard for it. I just need to find an even more elusive B33 RPK and it’ll go together. by @atravis02
