This is my FAVORITE exercise to start with! In fact, it is the first thing I do with new clients when we sit down to work together. I call it “Your Four Pillars” (though many others have used it under different names). I certainly didn’t invent it by any means, but the concept has been adapted for personal branding purposes. It goes like this: ➡️ A table can’t stand on anything less than 4 legs. Your personal brand is the same way. The platform needs 4 pillars to remain stable ➡️ Sit down and find your 4 pillars. These are things that, when all else fails, remain constant in your life despite adversity. Things like faith, family, friends, etc… ➡️ These aren’t necessarily marketing tools you can use (though maybe they can be) but rather things that you rely on throughout your daily life.
