Purchased you in June 2020 during peak Covid when everyone around me was telling me not to because the real estate market was unstable. Not many people could say they’ve done what I’ve done, especially people who came from where I came from ‼️✨ shoutout to @vinny.realtor @therm.realtor for executing this transaction. They were great throughout this entire process! Appreciate yall. My first Solo project baby‼️ We shared many memories together. So many ups and even more Downs 😅. After each surgery I performed on you, you came out more strong and beautiful. I’m confident your next owner will get you to 💯%. Goodbye my first of many #ProjectBaby‼️ Next Deal Loading 🔋⏳ by @attieaddi
