Beyond the Court is a program I created to help athletes recognize the skills they gain through sports and carry them into life beyond the game.

As a former collegiate athlete, this is something I wish I had during my own journey. Looking back, I realize how important the right guidance and support can be, especially when transitioning into life after sports.

My goal is to help athletes recognize their value beyond their sport while they’re still playing or transitioning.

September was a major reset. A month of slowing down, reassessing, and trying to understand what the next step looks like.

October is about EXPANSION + ELEVATING RELATIONSHIPS.

Expanding beyond what feels comfortable. Being intentional about the people we pour into, the spaces we occupy, and the relationships that bring out the best version of us.

There are 3 months left in the year. You don’t have to have everything figured out, but you can still make one brave decision that changes how you finish it.
