After years working within large-scale commercial production, and time taken away from the industry to have my babies, I’m refocusing my practice on what I enjoy most: thoughtful, story-driven content for purpose-led brands, short-form documentaries for non-profits, and films for organisations working toward meaningful change.This is work I’ve done extensively before, particularly during my time in Berlin, producing and directing projects for clients such as Airbnb, Habitat for Humanity, and Calvin Klein, often within social impact, cultural, and human-centred projects.I work from the very beginning of a project, shaping ideas with clients, through to final delivery, keeping things collaborative, considered, and story-driven.You can see selected work on my website via the link in my bio. We recently visited my best friend’s farm, a place I’ve been going to for many years. It was so special, especially because we now live in different places, and getting the kids together like that feels rare and precious. We had the best time. It was also wonderful to see her mum now running the property as a regenerative farm. The land is flourishing, and it’s inspiring to witness what’s possible when it comes to farming. @thegoodfarm.shop by @atuxworth

Last night, we stayed in a beautiful mountain home in Tatsuno. Ben found it on Google Maps, and it turned out we could book a room where Naomi, the owner, cooked for us. She moved from Tokyo 28 years ago when her son was a baby with asthma, hoping to help him heal—and she did! Now she lives off-grid, hunting and foraging. Most of the nearby houses are abandoned since the younger generation has moved to the city. Naomi is passionate about encouraging them to come back and farm organically. She’s incredible and so strong! It wasn’t easy to get here, especially with two kids, but good things always take time and patience. #japan #farming #organic #hunting by @atuxworth
