Since I said "I do" seven years ago, one question has become increasingly common: "When are you having children?"

Now, at 32, the question often comes with a sympathetic sigh and a reminder that my biological clock is ticking. Motherhood is a ghost that lingers in the back of my mind.

This is the last picture I took of this piece before I decided to "fix it". There is beauty when you explore materials that many times you would end up with beautiful outcomes... And then there are a few times it is all gone. by @atzingarcia

This piece is made from recycled clothing donated by @changeclothesdublin and some other items I found in my closet.
A significant amount of environmental pollution comes from discarded clothing and the fashion industry. By transforming these materials into art, this piece gives them a second life while encouraging us to rethink waste, sustainability, and our relationship with nature. by @atzingarcia

Photography is often associated with recording what is in front of the lens. Yet the strongest photographs do more than describe appearances. They reveal relationships and structures that are not immediately visible.
Through observation, framing, and interpretation, photographers can make visible the social, cultural, and historical forces present within ordinary moments. What matters is not only what is seen, but how reality is understood.

Originally from Cuernavaca, Mexico, and based in Dublin for almost seven years, this mixed media artist focuses her practice on environmental awareness, feminism, migration, and existence.

Using eco-conscious materials whenever possible, her work also draws from mythological elements found in Celtic, Mexica, and other ancestral cultures.

Thanks @artsbubbles for having me one more time 💜

This time the topic was Entelechia, here is my interpretation

In my process to understand the concept I found Hans Driesch, a philosopher and biologist, who uses this term to explain how living organism seems to move towards wholeness, he refers an inner force guides them towards the completion of what it was meant to become.
With this in mind, I came across the salmons and how they swim against the current even against water fall to go back to the place they were born so they can reproduce achieving their biological realization. This piece portraits the movement of salmons and with it the culmination of their transformation.

We were so grateful to welcome back Atzin, the radiant Mexican soul, eco-artist, and creative force, for Arts Bubble #12 – “The Pulse of Desires” 🫀

Atzin brought her heart, hands, and idealist spirit into the room once again — and in true Atzin style, she did it with everyone 🫧

In the most collaborative interpretation of our theme yet, she transformed the living room into a living collage — laying out newspapers and magazines for our bubblers to cut, contribute, and co-create with her. Each image, word, and shape was a reflection of our individual desires, our personal pulses 🌟

Through this process, she reminded us of something profound: that the desires of each person have different layers, different textures — but together, they can come into harmony. The final piece became a mosaic of longing, a shared landscape of what lived in our minds and hearts that night 🌸

Atzin doesn’t just create art — she creates connection. Her work invites community into the process. It’s living, breathing, evolving ✨

We love you so much, Atzin. Thank you for gifting us this reflection of ourselves. 💫🖼️🧩
