kenya you were so good to me. 🤍

these past weeks have been nothing but amazing, i had the opportunity to learn from so many doctors, mentors, nurses, and the community, each of whom left a lasting impact on me.

one of my favorite things i got told this trip by a nurse was “the amount of good things in your life depend on your ability to notice them” which couldn’t be more true! i’m grateful to be leaving here with a deeper sense of gratitude, humility, patience and resilience.

i cannot thank @internationalmedicalaid enough for blessing me with this experience and allowing me to make such great friends that made the goodbye even harder. i came to learn more about medicine, but left learning so much more about life. this isn’t goodbye just a see you later.
