We are honored and grateful to share that our 2023 ‘UV-SL Vineyard’ Chardonnay has been chosen as the #2 wine of 2025 by @wine_spectator

Our ‘UV-SL Vineyard’ Chardonnay (named for the late Ulises Valdez, Sr.) made its first appearance in 2009, and 15 years later the 2023 bottling commemorates a dedication to quality in the vineyards and the winery. Annual Traditions...

In the spring of 1999, Mark & Teresa Aubert met Kent Ritchie, which paved the way for our first bottling of Aubert – the 2000 Aubert ‘Ritchie Vineyard’ Chardonnay. Each spring we sit down for an annual check-up, and each year one thing is abundantly clear – over 24 years we have never deviated from our winemaking protocols and standards. For the customers who have followed us since day one, their cellars are now lined with decades worth of collectible Chardonnay.
