"My practice explores themes of self-exploration and examines histories surrounding women and politics through the creation of large-scale handheld fans that symbolize femininity and the silent forms of communication they once carried. Alongside this, my newest studies focus on women’s identity, showcasing the rawness of the female body and the power of reclaiming and redefining how I see myself. By using my own body as both subject and visual language, I claim agency over how it is represented, challenging the historical objectification, idealization, and obscuring of female and marginalized bodies through external perspectives. In becoming both artist and subject, I collapse this power dynamic, transforming the work into an act of self-possession and control over the visual narrative of my own form and identity within contemporary society."

"My artistic practice focuses around the creation and development of imagery. I recontextualize existing imagery found in online and print material through collage. Currently, my main focus is analogue collage where I precisely cut and paste to create new 'worlds'. My artworks often get remediated into new works after a digitization in processes, such as; digital reprints, printmaking (e.g silkscreen printing), book binding, and digital fabric printing.
I am interested in the politics of imagery related to truth, conflict and image manipulation."

"My practice explores identity as something constructed between inner experiences and outward perception. I’m interested in the tension between what we feel inwardly, the lived, private self, and the version of identity that is performed and understood externally.
Through layered and fragmented text and imagery, I explore identity as something complex, fluid and ever-shifting. I like how viewers can see through the work but never fully resolve it - mirroring the way that inner identity can be sensed but never fully understood."

"My artwork explores the lesbian experience through intimacy, and visibility. It looks at how lesbian relationships are often sexualised for the male gaze, while also being hidden or excluded from art spaces. I wanted to show lesbian intimacy as something beautiful, real, and emotional, rather than something made to be sexualised. My artwork celebrates queer love in an honest way and challenges the stereotypes and censorship around lesbian intimacy."
