This hunt was a long time in the making and ended up being a surprise trip for Campbell and what a great hunt we had!! We put in the miles, took great animals and made once in a lifetime memories! Thanks Auburn for choosing to hunt with us, you guys worked hard and didn’t quit!

As we travel home, I hope these pictures inspire others to visit New Zealand. I have never experienced a more beautiful place or a country as welcoming and friendly. The mountains rise from the ocean into the clouds, and the wildlife is unlike anything I have ever seen. New Zealand truly is the land of giants.
I want to thank my amazing wife, Jenny, for supporting my passion over the past 11 years and trusting me to take our youngest son, Campbell, on this incredible adventure. Although my passion for hunting has grown over the years, I truly believe this was the pinnacle of my hunting experience. Thank you. I love you ❤️
Zion, this adventure was seven years in the making and one I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you for your support, patience, friendship, and professionalism. You motivated Campbell and me to pursue our goals the right way. Watching Campbell tackle every challenge with determination and enthusiasm was something I will never forget.
To Luke Romano, Dylan Moore, and the entire team at Monarch New Zealand, thank you for creating an experience every dedicated hunter should have. Your generosity and hospitality meant more than I can express. Bec, Carl, Lindy, Blake, Carol, and Mark—thank you for welcoming us, sharing your knowledge, and making us feel at home. I had no idea it was Father’s Day, but these individuals gave me the greatest father-son bonding experience I could ever imagine. Campbell, your mom and I are in awe of the young man you are becoming. Never doubt what you are capable of accomplishing. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and you will reach your goals. Pursue your passions, chase your dreams, and never take experiences like this for granted. We never know when our clock will be punched, and I am beyond grateful that this adventure and these memories will stay with us forever by @auburnholbrook

What a week at the 4K Ranch in Brady, TX with the DMSC and the one and only Cody Garrett! This was Campbell’s first hunting trip to Texas and we had to pull him out of there. He told me it was the best thing he has ever done in his life and he did not disappoint. He worked hard, managed his emotions well and got an amazing experience and education in the process. What a trip! Thank you Cody for always taking care of the DMSC! by @auburnholbrook
