Last year, January 2024, I gifted myself a membership at Crunch as well as sessions with a personal trainer, Coach Aubrey. Thank you @aubzm! We meet once a week. I’m sure some think I should do more than once a week; however, I do other things that keep me balanced mentally, physically and emotionally. I haven’t felt this good in 10+ years. I’m 60 soon to be 61 living my best life while staying on top of my health. My next challenge is my cholesterol and my 6 pack. 🤣 Okay 4 pack. Oh okay, a flat stomach. 🤣🤣🤣 I like margaritas, Procesco, and bread too much for any kind of pack. 🤣 Plus, I like a lil softness and roundness to my body. As long as I can pick my grand babies up without throwing out my back…I’m good. Either way, I’m working consistently on my health and the benefits are showing up. I’m not excessive or extreme about my workout. I’m just consistently and intentionally paying attention to my body and doing my best to honor the temple I’ve been blessed with on this journey called, LIFE. by @aubzm

24’ year of growth🫶🏻 Most money, most peace, most challenges! Jan-April: Navigating a new job led me to put 30lbs on FAST May-July: Lifted hard, made extreme gains here, started and ended a prep, realized I needed time off, got promoted July: New relationships w my besties, new puppy, gym slowed down, glutes were crazy😭 August, September: Turned 21, school was crazyy, got back into showing horses, stepped down at work for good reasons, started pursuing health and life insurance, worked out maybe 1x a week and started a mini cut Nov, December: Finished semester, taking my life/health insurance exams, back to working out 4-5x a week, 15lbs down in my cut😇Can’t wait to see what 25’ brings! More $$, another degree, possibly the stage🫣 by @aubzm
