sharing my current list of all the Filipino books I’ve read! 🇵🇭📖

just three years ago this list would have been completely empty, and now I need more than two hands to count them all! I’m so glad that I’ve found these books and can’t wait to add more to this list in the future! taken in BOOKSTA by @audreads_library

September is library card sign-up month & this San Leandro public library card is my newest addition to my collection! I got a free sticker when I signed up and the Friends of the Library bookstore had free calendars so I snagged this guide dog themed one 🦮

I also got to meetup in person w/ @jenn.and.books and had the best time chatting at the As Kneaded Cafe inside the library! ☕️ taken in San Leandro Public Main Library by @audreads_library

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of attending the Berkeley tour stop @mrsdalloways for @aidenschmaiden 's Espíritu (moderated by the wonderful @booksbyjoanna )

If you haven't read Cemetery Boys yet, now is the perfect time to start! It's a YA urban fantasy with excellent trans and hispanic representation that takes place around Día de Muertos festivities ✨ taken in Mrs. Dalloway's Bookstore by @audreads_library

📍The Love Potion Library, San Francisco

Finally made my way over to this new(ish) romance bookstore in the Castro District! I loved everything about this place (the shelf organization by trope, the seating areas, the bookish merch items, and more)!

I resisted the urge to buy books this time but I did walk away with the two clicker fidgets (the stack of books w/the tea cup & the bookshelf) 📚☕️ and will definitely need to come back another time for wine, tea, and/or pastries 🍷🥐 taken in The Love Potion Library by @audreads_library

what I read in a week: August 24-30!

finished The Secret World of Briar Rose (through reading both the physical & audiobook) and started reading Let’s Kiss and Tell by Joss Richard!

I went to book tour events for both of these titles so it’s been really exciting to finally get around to reading them! taken in San Francisco Bay Area by @audreads_library
