What does having Total Spirit mean to me? 💖✨

To me, Total Spirit is about so much more than being a good teammate, cheering others on, and bringing a positive attitude. Those things absolutely matter, but true spirit is also shown in the moments when things don’t go exactly as planned.

It’s remembering that if it was easy, everyone would do it.

It’s understanding that failure is part of the process, and every setback is an opportunity to learn, grow, and come back stronger.

It’s believing in drills before skills, because the work you put in when no one is watching is what makes the big moments possible. The extra practice, the small improvements, and the dedication behind the scenes are what help turn goals into achievements.

This season, I’m so excited to begin a new chapter with @cs_royals on U12 L3 Heiress! 💙💚 While I’ll miss the amazing coaches and teammates who have been such a big part of my journey, I’m excited for the new memories ahead. Cheer has taught me that friendships don’t change just because your uniform does. I’ll always be cheering for the people who have supported me, no matter what team we’re wearing. 🫶

It’s taught me to trust the process, listen to my coaches, keep working when things feel challenging, and never give up on a goal just because it doesn’t happen right away.

I would be so honoured to represent Total Spirit and remind others that progress matters more than perfection. The best athletes aren’t the ones who never struggle, they’re the ones who keep showing up, keep learning, and keep believing in themselves. ✨
