An incredibly memorable Saturday evening spent at Governor @Schwarzenegger ‘s beautiful home, raising money for @afterschoolallstars !

This program is so important and so needed… kids really need supervised, organized activities after school. And with @afterschoolallstars , not only do they receive that, but they also feel a sense of community, belonging, and form lifelong friendships.

What an honor it was to be there on Saturday. And aside from supporting a great cause, we met so many amazing people, as well. 🩵

🎈🎂 Our babies, James and Jack are turning 11 this weekend! 🥹

This means a handful of celebrations are taking place, which means lots of fun and lots of CAKE.😄

🧡Peanut butter cups in cookie form- Say what..?!

🍪 Yes, indeed - we take one @autumnsonsbaking double chocolate cookie + a handful of pantry staples (nut or seed butter, brown sugar, salt, etc.) and layer it all to make double chocolate nut (or seed) cookie cups!

And let me just say, these are crazy-good. Even crave-worthy good. I want one right now.

🍁Which Thanksgiving dish are you looking forward to the most? 😋

I honestly don’t think I could pick just one… but that pumpkin pie I mention here is certainly at the top of my list! (But the biscuits, sweet potato casserole, balsamic Brussels sprouts, stuffing, I love it all…)

If you’re needing dishes that are dairy, egg and meat-free this holiday season, I hope this book makes your life sooo much easier.

🎃 I learned one valuable lesson here… perhaps giving James his own mic was not the best idea. 😂 (There was A LOT of footage left out where things got super crazy with that second mic… Jack took it at one point and ran around the kitchen chasing the dogs with it. Thought I’d spare you from that part, although it is quite funny in retrospect.🤪)

🍎Single serving apple crisp! That’s right; in about 15 minutes - give or take - you can have a warm, apple cinnamon dessert just for YOU.

🍏 Good news is, this recipe is easy to double, triple, or quadruple if you feel like others in your home deserve one, OR, if you simply want to dessert-prep for yourself for the next four days!

I like topping mine with a scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream, such as the one made by @nadamoo .

So so good. And I mean really good.
