Just like that, my little Bubble entered the world. 💕

Birthdate - 9/12/22
Time - 7.04pm
Weight - 3.8kg
Length - 54cm
H.C - 35.5cm

My loves original due dates was from the 9th to the 13th of December. I went into hospital on the 8th and the doctors broke my waters the following day. Due to a rupture of membranes and the constant bleeding I had to make the best possible decision that would benefit not only myself from continuing on with the heavy contractions but also for my daughter who could have been stressed inside my tummy.

The doctors gave me the option of waiting it out to have a natural birth but to my knowledge I was only 5cm dilated, or the other option was to have an emergency c-section to get her out asap so they can check to see if everything was ok. 👀

I decided to do an emergency c-section and if I am going to be honest .. that was the best possible choice I could make for bubble and myself. 🫧

All im going to say is a massive thank you to my sister @kirks23 for staying on video call whilst I was having contractions, she was in charge of the music. 🤭

A massive thank you to my other sister @deezduckzz_ who was present in the room whilst I was having contractions, she was rubbing my back and holding my hand. 🫶🏽

But a big massive thank you to my mother who was by my side through out this process and keeping me calm whilst I was in labour, she jumped up on every contraction I had and held my back and held my hand, wiped my tears away but most importantly made sure baby bubble was ok. ❤️

They say “your body can do it. It’s time to convince your mind” … however my mind is saying “my body can’t do it” 🤣🙄💪🏽 When I weighed myself (first time in the long time) I got a shock and said “giiirrrrlll that ain’t it” 🤦🏽‍♀️ it’s all time, lesgooo. 😘⏳

My daughter … 🦋

I’m sorry that I created you before I had my life together.
That somehow in my brokeness, I was able to create you. Thank you for showing me a love I never knew was possible before you. You’re still growing with me and experiencing everything for the first time. You remind me that it’s okay to get it wrong sometimes and that it’s ok to make mistakes.

You showed me unconditional love and a motivation that was unfailing even when I thought I was done.

The day you were born, so was I and I’ll be forever grateful for that second chance at life. I love you. 🫧 by @audzlowoniron
