3 months ago, we set a goal to run the Via Alpina across Switzerland.
Thousands of meters climbed, countless moments captured.

Looking back on our journey across the Swiss Alps—377 km from east to west on the Via Alpina in 6 days and over 21,000 m of elevation gain. It wasn’t always smooth and easy, but we kept moving all the way to the finish. Switzerland gave us everything - the pain, the beauty, the gratitude, and the memories. We ran across it.

Two days in, and the mountains are already testing us.

One thing that has kept us going through these strains is @wf.winforce .
⚡ CHO MAXX: provides quick and powerful energy with a lot of carbs when the legs start to fade.
🍫 Oat Bites: steady fuel for long climbs and rough descents.
🥚Night Protein: recovery while we sleep, so we can perform again the next day.

This project is massive. Without the right fuel, it’s impossible. With WINFORCE, we keep moving, whatever the trail throws at us.

COUNTDOWN AND IMPORTANT UPDATE:

It’s less than a week to go until Running the Alps across Switzerland. Our first big project as the AUER crew. We’re super excited and can’t wait to get started. If you’re somewhere along the route, we’d love your support! We’ll share each stage with the exact locations the evening before. If you have questions just send us a DM.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Last year, @andriserious tore his ACL and meniscus that took him out for a year. He worked hard to come back, to get this project done and to prove that giving up is never an option. But now, just one week before the start, it looks like he tore the same ACL again. So sadly, he won’t be able to run.
Instead, he’ll be with us as the content creator and showing the journey through his lens. 
So it’s just @yannik.a_ and @fabiodoee on the trail.
