Before they ever touch snow, our plates go through a careful production process where every detail is shaped, finished and checked by hand. The material is a high-end self-reinforced polypropylene compound: it looks like carbon but works better in this application, and it’s 100% recyclable.

Winter ascent of Mönch (4110m) 🧗🏻❄️

The final section on the summit Arête is a notoriously narrow, airy, and highly exposed snow ridge. It is frequently corniced, requiring climbers to stay strictly on the south side of the crest.

Some days you need crampons, some days you don’t.
But the real point is simple: not sinking.
Saucer gives you float when the snow is deep,
keeping you moving instead of post-holing every step.
You can run them with crampons
or without when you just want to stay on top and keep things light.
They weigh so little you just leave them in your pack.

‚Plates out means it’s DEEP&STEEP‘ ☺️❄️ If the conditions aligned for one insane day and you have to pull every bit of energy together, while bootpacking, scrambling with crampons! Every step is earned! Every turn worth it, to ski some of the best pow I’ve ever skied. The adventure factor in this intimidating and seriously alpine terrain is 100% guaranteed! ❄️⛷️🔥
