Even though I am a Hoosier now, I will never stop loving the South. Our slang is sort of part of our charm ……. Well, it is to me. My worse slang statement is, “I-Mo.” It’s slang for “I am going to…” For example, “I-Mo get some more cookies.” I say that a lot. “I-Mo run to the store,” and on and on. I can’t help it. We were taught to enunciate, but this one slipped by my parents and has stayed with me. What is your favorite slang? by @augirl58

After two weeks in the hospital, I busted out. My husband wanted to take me to lunch, but the only food that sounded good was White Castle. He just stared at me…… but as you can see, I got my way. It’s been 30+ years since I’ve had one. by @augirl58

****NURSES****
If you know a Nurse, love a Nurse, or are a Nurse…….get the hugs ready. I have had the opportunity to meet and fall in love with many Nurses. We, the sick, can’t do without our Docs, techs, or any support personnel. But the Nurses………they come running at 3:00am when we pull the port out of our arm. They run, and re-run, tests when our results are impossible. They are the warriors who keep our recovery possible. Kiss or hug a Nurse today. I bet they deserve it. by @augirl58

Okay. Share what you do next after all the cereal is gone. Do you drink the leftover milk out of the bowl, or, will you scoop out the milk using a spoon? I have seen friends with very strict social upbringing turn that bowl up and drink the contents: milk, soup, or melted ice cream. What do you do? by @augirl58
