POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Musicians from Stratus Chamber Orchestra and @cpr_classical host @kabinthomas had a great time performing our Peter and the Wolf Family Concert this past weekend to a packed crowd at Holly Creek Retirement Community. We shared music, helped audiences explore the orchestra, and some young listeners even got hands-on with instruments and crafts!

Join us for our final Peter and the Wolf Family Concert this Saturday at Bethany Lutheran Church in Denver. Pay What You Can tickets are available online at Augustana Arts website (link in bio). by @augustana_arts

"The beauty and power of so many fine musicians playing and singing in one room was close to a life changing experience. It was almost as good as the Beatles concert that I attended in Baltimore in Sept. 1964. And THERE, you could not even hear the musicians!"
- @stratuschamberorchestra audience member from this past weekend's performances.

See musicians from Stratus again at our October Peter and the Wolf family concert.

We’re looking for our next Music Director!
Augustana Arts is searching for a visionary Music Director for @stratuschamberorchestra . Someone who sees orchestral music not as a museum piece, but as a living, evolving art form that is accessible and relevant to the modern listener.

Someone who believes extraordinary music should be welcoming, relevant, and accessible to everyone.
