Furka Pass to Lucerne Day 4-5 🇨🇭

Driving up to Furka Pass through James Bond Strasse and then the next day to Luzern.

Grindelwald to Jungfraujoch Day 3🇨🇭

OG train ride to chop off some elevation and an 8 km hike before boarding the highest train in the EU, stopping at around 4 km high. Pretty touristy location but hey @christinanyland this had to be done🙏

Lauterbrunnen to Mürren Day 2🇨🇭

Easy stroll through wealthy tourist grounds since the 19th century and pristine grazing fields once run by dwarfs back in colder days. This place takes you waaay back when 5 Franks per day was legit salary and milk was served at 5% fat 😁

The whole valley carried us along a fine line between original alpine infrastructure and butter-smooth Swiss gondolas.

Lake Oeschinen Day 1 🇨🇭

First real hike kicked off with respectful 5 hour loop around the lake up 900m, hitting 2k max elevation and descending through rugged forest (wet and slippery parts called out like potholes😅)

Post card prefect terrain and massive views kept the legs and cam busy.

Happy World Bicycle Day...
Cycling became such a big part of my life in the last 3 years 😁I am in love with every aspect of it — the escape, the adventure, the camaraderie, the competition...

Here are a few meaningful shots from my amateur career from first M2L prep, riding first year all 4 seasons, grinding RP loops, getting into sportives and group smash rides.

I got this Trek Emonda 62cm as a gift from my father-in-law — that whip turned me into an ultra-fast commuter back in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. I was literally out there riding in the winter with Timbs on, and in the summer hitting workouts in the most random mix of lycra, running gear, and hiking bottles 🤣

Fast forward to moving back to London — a few rides in and I realised riding 62cm frame won't cut it 😅. November 2022, picked up a 2021 Emonda SL5 stock build, rebuilt it a few times, and the rest is history...

Made so many great friendships, adventures and memories with the most beautiful people while riding — and many more to come ❤️ taken in London, United Kingdom by @augustkas
