Felt like sleeping beauty, except I didn’t want to wake up ~

Tried the 70-min Tibetan Ginger Herbal Wash at @zhi_scalp_spa and finally faced my fear of a scalp assessment (turns out my scalp had opinions about my stress…and I was losing the oil war).

It starts with a scalp analysis, then turns into a head massage where my stress started losing the battle. I was drifting off the entire time - followed by a cleanse with ginger + herbal treatments.

From Korea to New York, I’ve encountered many Jumma children whose dreams are shaping the future. But are we truly amplifying their voices while celebrating their unique identities and boundless imagination?

Back in Bangladesh, not only indigenous children from the Chittagong Hill Tracts region but all children, including Bengali kids, are facing war, human rights issues, and trauma that should never be inflicted on such innocent lives.

Together, we must protect their rights and ensure they grow up safe and free. What role can each of us play in building a safer world for all children?
