The way the universe speaks to you when you’re open to receiving will always blow my mind!
I’ve been asking to see a blue elephant as a sign for being on my aligned path for months now. I knew a blue elephant wasn’t something that’s common to see.

I cannot even explain to you what I felt when I saw that picture. I am so excited for this new chapter in my life. I know I’m going to be taken care of and guided to opportunities that I can’t even imagine, like literally being at a safari retreat with the most amazing people making the most amazing connections and being able to walk outside and see zebras, giraffes, emus. I’m forever grateful for the experiences I get to have and share and for my purpose on this planet to help people align themselves with their true identity to take action and transform from within.

I have my confidence back and now it’s time for me to show people how easy it is to gain your confidence when you sit in your knowing.

I really thought I was grieving my relationship.
That’s what I kept telling myself.

I thought I missed him, that I just needed more time and that I was processing everything.

But when I actually slowed down and sat with it…
I realized I wasn’t grieving him. I was grieving what the relationship reminded me about myself.
That I was hard to love, too much and I had to change who I was just to be chosen.

And that’s why it felt so heavy.

Because it wasn’t just about one person… it was tied to something much older.
A pattern.

And this is something I see all the time people think they’re stuck on a person, when really, they’re stuck in a belief that the relationship reinforced.

MY DREAMS ARE COMING INTO FRUITION.

I am so blessed and honored for the life spoken into me. The opportunities gifted to me. The people I have met on my path. Because no matter how big or small, every single moment has led me to this one. A moment of completion. A moment where I can actually say… I feel whole.

These crystal singing bowls mean more to me than people probably understand. They aren’t just instruments sitting in my space. They represent expansion. Alignment. Trusting my spiritual path even when it didn’t make logical sense. They are a physical reminder that manifestation is real when you combine faith with action. This is years of belief, discipline, doubt, growth, and devotion crystallized into something I can touch.

I’m so proud of myself.

And I’m ready for this next chapter. Ready for the growth. Ready to serve at a higher level. Sound healing has been calling me for a while, and to finally have my own bowls feels like checking something off my soul’s list. I’m excited to see where I go now that I’m in a new part of my journey.

It is that serious. This is like a check off of my list into my Destiny.

I don’t always post the crying videos because why?

I’m embarrassed.
I’m confused.
I keep thinking, “Maybe I’m overreacting.”
Maybe if I didn’t do this or that, maybe if i tried harder, stayed quieter… it would feel better.

It didn’t.

I know how hard it is to choose yourself when all you know is choosing others.
I know how hard it is to walk away from the version of your life you thought you were building. I know how lonely it feels in the in-between your past and your future.

But I also know this:

The peace on the other side is real.

The laughter comes back.
Your nervous system settles.
You stop shrinking.
You start remembering who you were before you started negotiating yourself.

Costa Rica wasn’t about a trip.
It was about breathing again.
It was about feeling light in my body instead of heavy in my chest.

If you’re in the part where it hurts right now, won’t tell you that you’re overreacting.
I won’t tell you it’s easy.

I will tell you that choosing yourself changes everything.

And I’m building something for the women who are ready for that shift.
Not surface-level confidence.
Not pretend empowerment.
Real rebuilding.

I’ve watched people change lifelong beliefs in a single session. Not by forcing it but by finally feeling safe enough to process what they have been carrying for years.

I used to think confidence meant being sure of myself all the time.

What I’ve learned is that it’s actually about changing how your body remembers you.

Your brain doesn’t always respond to logic, it responds to feeling. That’s why you can know something is okay, but still feel unsafe, small, or unworthy.

For a long time, I believed things about myself simply because they felt true and I didn’t have the tools to reframe my mindset.

Learning how memory, emotion, and imagination interact changed how I relate to myself in a way positive thinking never could.

If this resonates, I’m so happy we met.
Your nervous system just learned something once that it no longer needs to carry.

You’re allowed to unlearn it.

Springfield Illinois… where it all happened. These are clips from every protest I have attended, where people have screamed, cried and chanted together in honor of #SonyaMassey and her tragic death.
