🌸 Hi I’m AURA 🌸

A qualified Personal Trainer and a person who loves the gym and helping others. Fitness and bodybuilding have been a huge part of my life for years, and now my passion is helping other women love themselves even more. As a coach, I’ve helped women achieve sustainable 5–15 kg weight-loss results while becoming stronger, more confident and building healthier habits they can maintain long-term.

🏋🏼‍♀️ Why The Chapel Gym?

When I moved to Corby at the beginning of 2026, I was looking for a decent gym to train myself first. From the moment I found Chapel Gym, I loved its friendly, welcoming, supportive atmosphere, high-quality equipment, and character. It feels like a real training community rather than a blank, polished and boring commercial gym. It’s a place where people of all fitness levels can train comfortably without feeling judged or intimidated — exactly the environment I want for myself and my clients.

✨ HOW I CAN HELP YOU

Whether you’re completely new to the gym or already training and want to take your results further, I offer:

✨ 1-to-1 Personal Training
✨ Personalised training programmes
✨ Single sessions or monthly packages
✨ Nutrition guidance
✨ Progress tracking & accountability
✨ Motivation and daily support
✨ Online coaching

You don’t have to wait until you feel ready, fit enough or confident to start. Confidence comes from taking action and seeing what you are capable of, and I believe more than you think. You just need to take that first step. And I’m here for you.💗

There are so many thoughts running through my head that it is impossible to write them down. I am incredibly happy and grateful that I can follow this path. That I can realize my greatest passion in various ways. And this is just the beginning, a successful beginning. 💜

After the show, I had to deal with serious health problems (I won't go into detail). Sometimes this sport is ruthless, but driven by character and purpose, I can't let go or give up. I'm finishing my recovery and starting to prepare for the next show!✨💜

Thank you all for the beautiful messages and support 😘

See you again soon! ☺️💪

Physique update. ⚒️📈
2024 -> Today

Feeling the happiest in my body to date. Lean enough and strongest at the same time. Now I'm even more motivated to keep getting better. I'm so grateful for that progress. I love this sport so much. ❤️

✨When you do what you love, you want to show up every day; then results don't have a choice - they come✨
