A lot of times we fuel the fire by thinking worse case scenario and create stories around our current situation or problem and we start spiraling down.

12 years ago I was living in a small house with no AC and a kitchen that was falling apart.

Every day I would visualize living in a house like this with a backyard that reminded me of Bali. I would go to open houses that were way out of what I could afford and imagine walking through as if I am ready purchase.

I really felt it in my body and felt the joy of living this.

A year later we were looking for a home to buy as it was time because of the new baby that joined our family.

We had a specific budget we needed to stay at and here in Los Angeles you can’t find anything decent below a million.

We couldn’t find anything that we were happy with…and then one day I heard this voice within me that said to raise the search budget by 50k and so I did and the very first house that came up was this one and I immediately knew this was sent to us by the universe. The owners needed to move and had dropped the house price way below its worth and out of 7 other people bidding we got it!

This is why I believe so much in energy and frequency. I connect with my goals and dreams every day and the universe keeps sending the situations, circumstances and people that support them. I pay attention to the golden nuggets it sends me. Listen to my inner GPS and take action from what lights me up.

And what lights me up is helping woman build and grow their spiritual business. This is an amazing practice to shift into magnetic frequency to manifest what you are calling in. We do this practice every month in my Embody Wealth community and it’s a practice that I do daily.

We use a totem, which could be a crystal a rock, jewelry or really anything that you can carry throughout the day or that you can set aside next to your computer. You then get into the frequency and feeling of what it’s like to truly live your dream life and having the money that you desire in your account and then you transfer that into the totem…basically you charge the totem with the frequency that you just created.

Throughout the day, you can grab the totem and for 30 seconds to a minute, just be in the energy of already having everything that you desire.

When you do this consistently every day, you are training your mind and body to recognize that frequency and that feeling. It becomes familiar and so the resistance starts to go away.

The universe understands frequency, and the more that you can be in the frequency of what you want as already having it, the more that the universe is going to send you things that Support that frequency.

Try it out and see what happens. I would love to know how it went.

I left my high salary corporate job 6 years ago to build my own business. I was tired of building someone else’s dream, and I was ready to start living my purpose.

What I didn’t anticipate is the months of 0 income 😬😭

so I kept adding more tools, more modalities, more certifications, and with every new tool I created new offers. The next thing I knew I created chaos in my business. I had 15 different offers and no clear doorway in and my content was speaking to everyone 🫣 so hence no one lol…I pulled back and looked at my client journey and it was a mess! No wonder people weren’t booking.

I joined masterminds and groups with women that were making millions of dollars and I noticed a common strategy…their client journey was so clear and simple with only 1 or two doorways in and that’s when the lightbulb came up.

I stripped away my offers and created a simple client journey with one doorway in to a low ticket offer and everything changed from there….and my open head was so excited for this.

That journey has taught me that simplicity is the key to creating success.

As a Manifesting Generator I had so much to offer so simplifying things was a challenge so I started a community membership…and that’s when I found the perfect ingredient. I get to be all of me in my community with a clear simple doorway.

For years I tried to get strangers to book my high ticket offers.

Going live. Posting stories. Making reels. Showing up everywhere because that’s what you’re supposed to do. And here and there someone would book. But not enough to make the money I wanted, and definitely not enough to justify how exhausted I was.

Here’s what I finally understood. Asking a stranger to jump straight into your high ticket is asking her to leap across a canyon. Most people won’t leap, no matter how good your offer is. They need a bridge.

A low ticket community IS that bridge.

Someone finds you, joins for the price of lunch, and now she’s in your world. She’s in your energy every week. She experiences your work instead of reading about it. She gets a win, then another one. And when she’s ready for deeper support, who do you think she books? The stranger she found on Google, or the woman who’s been guiding her every week?

I lived this. My community was about 40 people. Not 40,000 followers. Forty humans. Around 90 percent of them ended up hiring me for 1:1 sessions and website projects. They didn’t book because a reel convinced them. They booked because they already knew what working with me felt like. The community sold my high ticket for me, and it paid me monthly while it did it.

Leaving the box society built for you is not a gentle process.

You get thrown off course. Your fears come to the surface, usually at the worst possible moment. Life knocks you down, and it does it more than once.

The fact that you’re still here says everything about you.

We are not available for anything less than what we desire to build.

So when life gets us down, we rise up and recalibrate. 🤗

That word matters. Recalibrate. You’re not starting over and you’re not fixing yourself. You’re making a small adjustment to get back on your highest timeline, the one where the offers land and the cashflow moves and you feel like yourself again.

Your mind wants to complicate that. It tells you big waves need big moves. A whole new offer. A rebrand. Another course. Something dramatic enough to match how far off you feel.

It’s in the subtle pivots and shifts in who we are that we recalibrate and create success.

I’m filled with so much love. 💕

We just finished our live group hypnosis in Embody Wealth and it was so powerful. 🔥

So many of us carry quiet stories that keep us from putting ourselves out there. Today we moved out of fear and doubt and into unwavering belief. Belief in our gifts, and belief that people want to pay us what we’re asking.
For a long time I didn’t think I had a problem asking for what I wanted. I didn’t realize my doubt was running in the background. 🌀

It showed up when I’d offer a discount before anyone asked. When I kept piling on more bonuses because part of me wasn’t sure the offer was enough. When my heart would race the second I said my high ticket price.

Once I did the real work, going underneath to the story running in the subconscious, everything shifted. Now I show up in my power and I don’t wobble. Whether someone says yes or no, I stand in who I am and what I carry.

One woman had a huge aha in our sharing circle. 🔮 She realized that hesitating on her price was quietly projecting a belief onto the other person. Deciding for them that they couldn’t afford it. But when someone shows up at your door, they’re already telling you they’re ready to invest.

Another went deeper and found the money block wasn’t about money at all. It was an old story about whether it was safe to be seen. That’s the thing about this work. Money is usually just the top layer. Underneath it is worthiness. 🌙

Today we went all the way down into those layers and rewrote them. New stories of worthiness, belief in our gifts, and belief that people will pay us for them. ✦
