Your throat chakra is not just about speaking it’s about vibration 💙 And here’s something powerful: our bodies are 60–70% water… and water responds deeply to sound 🔔 🌊 So when we work on the throat chakra through sound healing, those frequencies aren’t just “nice to hear”, they ripple through your entire system. Releasing stuck words. Softening fear. Clearing suppressed truth. Your voice is energy. Let it flow. 🎶✨ If this resonates, drop a 💙 in the comments or share this with someone who’s ready to speak their truth. #energyhealingpractitioner #speakyourtruth #ThroatChakra #SoundHealing #Vishuddha {holistic wellness in ludhiana, sound healing seesions by Auraya, medita, throat chakra opening, vishuddha chakra, ludhiana, energy healing, inner voice, speak your truth} Where in your life are you holding back your truth?
