@collectifkahraba and Dr. Robert Eid met in 2014 to create @hammanaartisthouse

Together, we dreamed and shaped its first steps, opening it in 2017 as a space for encounters between artists, neighbors, audiences, and partners from near and far. What gave it life were the people, the volunteers, collaborators, and friends whose generosity carried every project. For this, our gratitude is endless.

HAH became a place for research, rehearsals, drafts, and workshops, supporting artists and the growth of the scene.

Season after season, local and international creations met the public, and community gatherings and partnerships shaped a constellation of relationships, allies, and friendships. Thank you to everyone that was a part of this journey.

Today, as we move toward new pathways, we are glad to see the House alive with new energy. And we remain open to crossings of paths still to come because art is always the story of shared encounters. šŸŒ™

Ce que les dieux nous ont laissé is an invitation into a poetic space where bodies in motion, live drawing, music and masks gather like a polyphonic chant.

On stage, two beings and two breaths continue a long artistic dialogue, searching for a language where what is essential can surface through simplicity and attention to the present moment.

We warmly thank @theatrejoliette Marseille for welcoming this work. By offering a space of trust, listening, and encounter, the theatre affirmed its role as a place of gathering where a community, however fleeting, can meet an emerging artistic gesture and let it resonate.

šŸ•Šļø BIRDS ON PERIPHERIES beim SPIELART Festival München

šŸ•Šļø BIRDS ON PERIPHERIES at SPIELART Festival Munich

In a flock of birds, it’s those flying at the edge who steer the whole collective. They see change first — they sense what’s coming. From the periphery, movement begins.

That’s where BIRDS ON PERIPHERIES takes flight: a program that looks, tells, and transforms from the margins. šŸŒ

Seven co-curators from Mexico, Portugal, Lebanon, Malaysia, and India bring voices from Beirut, Bangalore, Pachuca, Goma, and Abidjan to Munich - voices that speak of memory, identity, and resistance.

Five productions. Five perspectives. One shared search for what is often overlooked.

šŸ“ Experience them on the festival’s final weekend at the Kreativquartier Munich — followed by artist talks.
