We have a tendency to only show the pretty and the flawless ! So join me for 30 seconds behind the scenes of me attempting a new move on the Cadillac. 🐈‍

The beginning always looks easy. The middle gets messy. But with consistency, you get your results. ✨ by @aureliewulff

Nothing beats that moment when someone steps on a reformer for the first time. It can feel intimidating, but my favorite part is watching that shift to laughing, learning, and finding comfort in the movement. Creating a space where anyone can feel safe exploring their body is what Wulff in Motion is all about. The first session is never about perfection but about feeling and moving. The goal is always the same: feel at ease, have fun, and discover what your body can do 🤍🤸 @jnr.photography_
(Ps- large part missing at the start don’t worry we did a proper Pilates session w/ footwork)

What started as a need to move became a practice of learning to slow down, listen, and reconnect with myself.
There’s no need for perfection. Just the willingness to keep showing up, exploring, and moving forward.

One movement at a time. 🤎

You haven’t really met your spine until you’ve met the spine corrector. Reformer who?
Meet the piece of equipment that’s quietly changing your extension, your breath, and your posture, all at once 🤍

Move of the month ✨
Sidelying leg work = hip mobility, outer glute strength, stronger hip flexors, better posture, and a serious burn 🔥🤍
