I’m so excited to share that my online classes are officially LIVE! Link in bio : https://www.aureobaja.com/onlineclasses

This is a project I’ve been dreaming about and working toward for many years, and it feels so special to finally see all the pieces come together.

We’re starting with our first collection of 17 online classes, available from any device, at any time, so we can keep moving and practicing together from wherever you are in the world.

For me, this platform is also a way to feel a little closer to everyone who has ever practiced with me — and, of course, I’m so excited to meet all of the new people who will be joining this journey.

Thank you for being part of it.
I hope to see you on the mat, wherever in the world you may be 🤍

Thanks @remember.com.mx to make it happen 🙏 by @aureobaja

Pollinate your spirit. There is something profoundly healing about allowing yourself to be held.

Held by warm water. Held by silence. Held by the gentle energy of flowers.

Our Flower Bath is an invitation to slow down, cleanse the body, calm the mind, and create space for emotional renewal. It is a beautiful ritual after a massage, following a ceremony, or as a meaningful way to honor the beginning of a new chapter—or the closing of one.

Sometimes the most powerful transformation begins when we simply allow ourselves to receive.

With gratitude to @remember.com.mx for capturing the essence of this experience so beautifully. 🤍

“Sustainability from Source to Plate” present by @tspculinary in collaboration with @berrygoodfoodfdn hosted by @aureobaja
Every conscious choice plants the seed for a more sustainable future.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who came together to make this gathering possible. It was an honor for Aureo to host this meaningful conversation around sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and the powerful connection between the land, our food, and our communities.

Thank you Todos Santos Pescadero Culinary Experiences, @javierplascencia and @jazamango to provide all the delicious food and drinks. To all of our collaborators, farmers, chefs, partners, and guests for sharing your knowledge, passion, and vision for helping to bring together such an incredible group of Future Thought Leaders.
Together, we are helping cultivate not only healthier ecosystems, but also a global shift toward a more conscious, ethical, and emotionally connected way of living.

Real change begins in community—and every meal has the power to become an act of regeneration.

Special thanks to @remember.com.mx for capturing the essence of our community

With gratitude,
Aureo Wellness Journey 🌿
