There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes at Aurora lately, and some of our favourite moments have been sitting down with creators to talk about what they want this next chapter to look like ✨ We’ve been welcoming new talent, shaping 90-day roadmaps, reviewing media kits, and finding the thread that turns a collection of content ideas into a series they’re excited to create, while making room for a rhythm that works alongside their everyday lives. Those conversations help us understand where each creator wants to go and how we can support them along the way, from planning their next steps to reaching out to brands that make sense for their work and their community. We’re so happy to be growing alongside the talent who have trusted us with this part of their journey, and we’re looking forward to sharing more of what they’re creating. 🤍 #AuroraTalent #CanadianCreators #TalentManagement #CreatorSupport #CreatorCommunity by @auroratalent_

What did progress look like for our creators this week? 🌙 Not always posting more. Sometimes it looked like an old video continuing to find exactly the right audience while a creator took a slower week. Sometimes it was realizing that the comments and conversations mattered more than forcing another post. Sometimes it was rebuilding a media kit so the work already being created could be pitched better. Sometimes it was dozens of brand pitches happening quietly behind the scenes. Sometimes it was a new collaboration conversation, a PR opportunity, a follower milestone, an event invitation or finally getting a brand to ask for the media kit. And sometimes progress was simply saying: “I’m stretched a little thin this week.” …and adjusting the plan instead of abandoning it. That’s why we check in. A 90-day strategy shouldn’t be a rigid list of things a creator has to accomplish. It should give us enough direction to know what we’re working toward and enough flexibility to respond to real life. The goal isn’t perfect weeks. It’s building a creator career that can keep moving through all of them. ✨ 🌙 Aurora Talent ✨ Growing careers & protecting the person behind the platform. #AuroraTalent #CreatorManagement #TalentManagement #ContentCreator #CreatorEconomy taken in Alberta, Canada by @auroratalent_

✨ Meet Caroline ✨ We’re so excited to welcome @_carolinehood to Aurora Talent. 🌙 Caroline is an IVF, TTC, LGBTQ+ and lifestyle creator sharing the real, often complicated journey of building a family with her partner. Through honest conversations about fertility treatment, IVF, navigating TTC as a lesbian couple, and the life happening in between it all, Caroline has created a space rooted in openness, connection and community. Her content makes room for the hope, uncertainty, humour and everyday moments that can all exist alongside trying to grow a family, and we’re so excited to be part of what she builds next 🤍 Welcome to Aurora, Caroline ✨ #AuroraTalent #MeetOurTalent #CanadianCreator #TTCCommunity #IVFJourney taken in Alberta, Canada by @auroratalent_

The best creator careers aren’t built by trying to look like everyone else. They’re built by figuring out what’s already unmistakably you and making more room for it ✨ Your voice, your weird little ideas, your way of telling a story.. That’s the good stuff. We’re not here to make our creators fit a mould. We’re here to help them build something that fits them. 🌙 #AuroraTalent #CreatorCommunity #CanadianCreators #ContentCreators #CreatorManagement taken in Canada by @auroratalent_

We’re in week three of our autumn 🍂 season and this is what our creators are saying… “I’m working towards a sustainable rhythm.” “I posted two carousel posts that felt out of my comfort zone, but they did well.” “Permission to create less content.” “I struggled a lot less to get out of my comfort zone.” “I’m seeing growth and a lot of conversation around the things I actually care about.” “I was proud of myself for just doing it.” “I’m grateful to have you guys.” Three weeks in, and the wins aren’t just numbers. They’re creators experimenting with formats they used to avoid. Finding rhythms that actually fit their lives. Giving themselves permission to post less. Getting more comfortable on camera. Asking for support when they need it. Creating content that feels more like them. That’s the work we care about… Not turning creators into content machines. Helping them build careers, systems and creative practices they can actually live inside ✨ We’re only three weeks into autumn season. There’s a lot more to come 🌙 #auroratalent #talentagency #canadiantalentagency #canadiancreators #contentcreator taken in Ontario, Canada by @auroratalent_
