Aurum Miles is a Lithuanian producer, songwriter and DJ, and the head of Quixotical Records. Never settling into one style, his work moves through dark disco, indie dance, techno and the stranger corners of electronic music - guided more by mood and instinct than genre rules. Over the years, his releases, remixes and collaborations have built a catalogue that can move from seductive and psychedelic to cold, dirty and dark.

QUIXOTICAL IS MOVING AGAIN.

After a period of silence, Quixotical Records is entering a new chapter.

New releases are coming. The Quixotical Mix Series, Tapes To Go, Premieres, and artist promos are returning. We’re also beginning work on new Quixotical events.

Electronic and dance music remain part of our blood, but Quixotical will continue following character rather than genre.

The production and audio engineering work behind the label is now also available to independent artists, producers, and labels through @unsaidrecords.studio led by @aurummiles

Not a reboot made to erase the past.

Vade Retro is a dark and cinematic indie dance release built around tension, memory, and confrontation. The title itself - “step back” - sets the tone for a record that feels like a late-night exorcism on the dancefloor: hypnotic grooves, shadowy melodies, emotional pressure and a sense of something unresolved moving underneath the surface.

Across the release, Aurum Miles explores the space between club energy and inner darkness. The title track carries a ritualistic, driving force, while “I See You” opens a more vulnerable world of recognition, obsession, and after-hours melancholy. With remixes from Poulper & Stylic, Pyrame, and TOTS, the release expands into different shades of indie dance, dark disco, and gloomy electronic music - from sharper club-focused cuts to deeper, more cinematic interpretations.

The B-side and strings version close the circle by revealing the emotional core behind the record: less about escape, more about facing what follows you. Vade Retro is music for dark rooms, late nights, and the moment when the past walks back into the light.

I See You (TOTS Remix)
The TOTS remix brings another face to “I See You” - more physical, more direct, and built with a stronger sense of groove. It keeps the shadow of the original but turns it into something more immediate for the floor. A darker club reinterpretation with enough attitude to stand on its own.
