The 1095A comes for us all I'm afraid. I initially hopped on this flustercluck of an edit in early January after watching so many 2024 training compilations and wanting to have something to show for my last few years of clip saving without spoiling too much. I had other songs in mind for a proper trailer drop, but by the time I was chest deep into this one and content with using it as more than a teaser I was too lazy to switch it up. (Sonic Villains Trailer theme: https://youtu.be/kvDkYjJ5tWU?si=kRd85LHQK6TtddQK ) I still have months before I'm in any condition to start filming the challenges I had in mind for the last leg of this thing. Not that I was in any condition mentally to be sending them at the time I broke my kneecap in all fairness, but with the rapid onset quarter-life crisis that quickly flooded in post surgery finally fading behind me, I'm determined to keep moving forward... #parkour #pkfr #freerunning #movement #fitness #atl #atlanta #lateforschool #parkourpov #pov #trailer #outdoors #gopro #run #running #nature #urban #sonic #aot #transformers #childhoodmemories by @austheboss.lyf

ft: @julianhamespk @flippin_cole @lifeof.swerv @maxviews @jactictac Recap of the weekend... 3 weekends ago: - Gabe fell down a storm drain padded with mud and possibly poo - I got two bs parking tickets - I put my arm and opposite wrist out of commission via one of the most easily avoidable bails - I lost my gimbal. I just put it down... and I forgot it. @johnstone_ms levels of disorganization right there. So the weekend was a net-suck, but the training was dope, as per uge here in ATL :) Sorry for getting this one out so late. Seems my recent kong-pre video drained me more than I thought. #parkour #freerunning #pkfr #film #filmmaking #filmmaker #kongpre #railkong #sewer #edit #parkourfail #strides #wallrun #verticalwallrun #urbanfitness #outdoorfitness #fitness #calisthenics #memes #ratatouille #tf2memes #tf2 #divekong by @austheboss.lyf

A cumulative 20+ hours of screaming internally on coach busses for 2 days of training with a new community in a new city. Worth. But by God does this country need more trains 🚞 Major thanks to @thejosepena for the floor space, and to @liam.mckaypk and @pat_carbajal for such a fun event. Also thanks @therealkevinmyers for the extra footage. Can't wait to see some of y'all again in December. #parkour #pkfr #film #fitness #vibes #chasetag #worldchasetag #wtc #philly #jumps taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @austheboss.lyf

Vancouver ❤️ Countless smiles, killer food, plenty of rain drops, solid jumps, hella patience whenever I needed a challenge filmed, a couple hugs, and a big gaping hole in my soul as I pulled back out onto I-75 for work today 🙃 Much love and Happy Thanksgiving to all you legends up there 🙌🏽 #parkour #freerunning #parkourvancouver #vancouver #movement #rainydays #joy by @austheboss.lyf

Skill Issue 🙃 One of the only things I filmed this weekend was the Vine City Course from @apexspeedrun Years of inconsistent training leads to lack of confidence leads to preventable errors like these :/ What had me on the verge of tears this weekend though wasn’t the cheek bruise or the palm loss 🥹 Thanks @nerdkour for filming Big up @lifeof.swerv for the after party and accommodation Many thanks @dodlinehair for the amazing breakfast Great work once again @julianhamespk for another year of @disjam7 And all the love to everyone I got to see and hang with this weekend! I ❤️ this community about as much one somebody in this family reportedly ❤️s tren by @austheboss.lyf

Leftover Norway clips from 2024 that I didn't see fit to include in the last edit but still kinda felt like sharing even though they're a wee bit shiiiit - It's been a treat watching folks throw down at that massive new park in Brumunddal this year! 🥹 More motivation to get strong for the next one :) Also itching to redo that last stride pre without my lower back feeling like All-Might New Hampshire smashed into it 🩻 #parkour #osloparkourpark #movement #natori #jumps #calisthenics by @austheboss.lyf

I’ve done it - The most “pick-me” edit I’ll probably ever produce in my lifetime. After landing back in Atlanta following #OMFG2024 and spending a good few hours scrolling through a sea of posts from all the beautiful people I met on my visit, I felt that merely sharing my personal training clips wouldn’t be enough to show my appreciation. I simply had too much of a blast, even if that one hands free, single-leg, wall-merge climb challenge in the skill comp was kinda trash :\ A handful of lengthy delays later and I present this Frankenstein’s AMV of an IG compilation. Parkour is a damn beautiful sport, and omfg for me was such a fun gateway into the collective soul from which said beauty emanates. I’m bummed to not be attending this year, but eh, the older I get the quicker time flies. Stay chilly til next year, Oslo! Big up @oslomovement for the millionth time, and a massive “go nuts” to everyone going this year! Yuffie Supremacy 🫘 This particular “you kinda want to push through the pain actually” brand of pt sucks, but I also wouldn’t want it any other way I suppose 😅 🔹 Still only about 40 percent in terms of power, control, and elasticity, and aerobic and anaerobic capacity are both in the gutter, but hopefully all the rail-running I plan to drill going forward helps a bit with that My creativity and flow is also fish poo come to find out in the last couple group sessions 🤢 @xeroshoes #parkour #freerunning #atlanta #marta #fitness #sunnyday #ff7 #finalfantasy7 #movement #pkfr #explore #yuffiekisaragi #recovery #xero #xeroshoes #postop by @austheboss.lyf

Dated edit lol This was a mash-up of jumps and skill challenges from the SEPKC Final/SPL Qualifier at Urban Youth Park two years ago. Missed this year's final for OMFG, but I look forward to pushing myself again once my ankle's back to form (about 70% atm) #parkour #freerunning #movement #parkourcompetition #parkourgym #urbanyouthpark #calisthenics #fitness #tripleq #anime #edit by @austheboss.lyf
