2026 goals reached. The sky is the limit moving forward.

I am honored to have assisted in this transaction, and I couldn’t be more thankful for what God has allowed to take place in my life. I’m extremely grateful every day for opportunities like this and for the people who continue to put their trust in me.

A huge thank you to our attorney, Dave Rosenberg, for handling all of the documentation throughout this transaction, as well as our lender, Jason Zimmerman, for helping make the financing possible.

Most importantly, congratulations to my cousin, Payton Cardamome , on officially becoming a homeowner! šŸ”

Words can’t express how excited I am for you and for everything this home will bring into your life. I pray that you continue building a strong foundation for your future and keep trusting that all things will work out for those who have faith.

I love you, and I know Linda would be just as excited and proud of you as I am. I’m grateful we get to have this unique relationship they call ā€œcousins.ā€

Congratulations, Payton. Here’s to the next chapter. šŸ„‚ taken in Yorkville, Illinois by @austin__millard

**7 months ago, I met Asad through Facebook Marketplace to buy my car. Today, I helped him and his family close on a property.**

God is good. šŸ”

At the beginning of 2026, I made a commitment to myself getting into this business:

**Help someone SELL. Help someone BUY. Help someone RENT.**

One deal at a time, I’m passing the goals I set for myself.

This one took patience, persistence, and negotiation. My job was to make sure my clients’ offer got through the door while still fighting for the best possible deal. Knowing when to push, when to be patient, and how to keep everyone communicating got us to the closing table.

But even closing morning had one more challenge.

During our final walkthrough, there were still belongings that needed to be removed. Instead of panicking, we found a solution. We moved forward with a dry closing until the property was in a condition my clients were satisfied with.

Then I rolled up my sleeves and helped Brian (Seller) finish the move—packing belongings, loading boxes, and getting everything out. Afterward, I drove him to pick up his check with some classic Tupac playing in the car.

I got to see the relief and excitement on **both sides** of this transaction.

My responsibility will always be to advocate for my clients, but I believe you can do that while treating everyone involved with fairness, respect, and understanding.

Sometimes things don’t go perfectly. Sometimes people just need an extra hand.

**I don’t shy away from helping people.**

Huge congratulations to Asad and his family, and thank you to Michael Anselmo’s attorney group and Michelle for helping us navigate a unique timeline and get this one closed.

**SELL. BUY. RENT.**

2026 goals, one relationship and one deal at a time.

**Who can I help next?**

If buying, selling, or renting is a goal now or in the coming months, let’s connect. You don’t have to be ready today—let’s build a plan so you’re ready when the right opportunity comes. taken in Montgomery, Illinois by @austin__millard

Michigan has given a lot to me. How could you leave this?

I get it. I was blessed to call Michigan home for four years during college, and trips like this will always be special to me.

I drove up through Wisconsin on Thursday, a day before my brother’s bachelor party, and decided to do some exploring along the way. I stopped in Whitewater to say hi to my sister, then made my way through Pleasant Prairie and stopped at some of the same places my mom and I used to go between swim sessions at the RecPlex. Funny how years later, a simple stop can bring back so many memories.

From there, I shot north into Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. I spent one at south beach, then headed toward the Munising area and stayed at a little place called Singleton.

I could’ve taken the easy route home and driven straight back down through Wisconsin, but there was still too much of Michigan I wanted to see.

So I kept going.

I followed the coast all the way to the Mackinac Bridge, stopping whenever something caught my eye. Grabbed some beef pasties, crossed back into the Lower Peninsula, and took 131 all the way down to Grand Rapids.

I got to see my buddy’s new house, catch up with some of my old teammates, and spend a little time back in the place that gave me four unforgettable years before finally making the drive home.

Wisconsin → Upper Peninsula → Mackinac → Grand Rapids → home.

A lot of miles, a lot of memories, and a good reminder that sometimes the longer way home is the better way.

Now it’s back to realty. There’s a lot ahead. taken in Lake Michigan by @austin__millard

Views for you:

Captain Dayne led his men on an expedition that stretched 7 miles along the coast of Lake Superior. His men charted through unpredictable conditions in hopes of finding nature’s finest views.

Along the journey, some members faced hunger. Others battled dehydration. A few even fell victim to nausea. Morale was tested, stomachs were turned, and survival was briefly questioned.

Yet, against all odds, the men prospered and pushed forward to discover what lay ahead.

The mission was simple: survive the journey, trust Captain Dayne, and secure the views.

Mission accomplished. @danye45 @_ty_patterson_ way to lead a fleet taken in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore by @austin__millard
