A new kind of energy is coming.

Coffee. Matcha. Custom-crafted energy drinks.

Built with purpose. Served with a mission.

Day in the life.

Coaching clients in person, training myself, running the gym, keeping my chaotic life moving, and coaching Kaimana in Hawaii over the phone while I’m still here in Utah.

Four hours away, different state, different time zone, same standard.

I also had another client here in Utah peaking at the same time, and still had to make sure I took care of myself in the middle of all of it.

That is coaching.

It is not always glamorous. It is communication, structure, problem solving, time management, and being able to show up for people no matter what is going on around you.

This life is busy, but it is doable when you have a schedule, a system, and a standard you actually live by.

Busy is not an excuse.
Chaos is not an excuse.
Distance is not an excuse.

When the standard is real, you find a way.
