Today is a special day!

After many incredible screenings across the country through the @flyfishingfilmtour, we’re excited to finally share The Mayfly Project documentary with everyone on YouTube.

@themayflyproject is an amazing organization that helps youth in foster care through fly fishing, mentorship, and time spent in the outdoors.

When we first started building this project last year, we always imagined so much of it alongside the music of @olihazard. Their music carried the exact kind of emotion and feeling this story needed, and we’re incredibly grateful they allowed us to use “The Flood” to help bring this film to life. Truly a great group of guys, and we can’t thank them enough for the support.

And a huge thank you to all the mentors, leads, and kids who made all of this possible! This film would not exist without your trust, time, and willingness to share your stories with us.

Over the past six months, we followed incredible kids and mentors across the country, telling the story of how fly fishing can help children impacted by foster care find healing and community in the outdoors.

This has been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve been a part of. Grateful to work alongside @themayflyproject, and honored to be an offical selection for the @flyfishingfilmtour!

Munich with @thomas.rmv 🇩🇪

Germany was a crazy experience.

As someone who enjoys WWII history, it was everywhere. From standing atop a hill made of city rubble from the allied bombings, to visiting the first concentration camp.

Despite its heavy history, there is a calmness and positive energy to the city. We enjoyed our fair share of beer and pretzels, that’s for sure! 🍻🥨 taken in Munich, Bavaria, Germany by @austinjordan
