A little clip of one I wrote a few weeks ago, thinking about when I gave my life to the Lord.✍️ felt like it could encourage someone out there. Staying at the feet of Jesus is the only way to truly live. Never get off the altar. 🙏🏼

I found my healing
I found my freedom
I found Your peace
And I found the reason
That I will sing of Your great love forever
I found Your grace
And I found my purpose
In giving You praise
God You deserve it
I found it all down at Your feet, Jesus

Jesus, Jesus
I called Your Name and You answered
Oh what mercy
Savior, Healer
All of my life is surrendered
Here at Your feet
All that I’ve searched for is found right
Here at Your feet

Big thanks to @thedavidfunk for playing basically everything and producing AND mixing (what can’t he do?!), @antonioandallison (the GOATS) for playing strings, @drewlavyne for the master, and @arianacjohnson_ for saying yes to forever so I didn’t throw this song away! ♾️

FOREVER FROM ME - available for pre-order/pre-save now, and available to listen to everywhere on 7/31. 🙂

A few years ago, right before I proposed to @arianacjohnson_ , this little idea came to me. Shortly after, my friend @thedavidfunk helped me produce it, and it became our first dance at our wedding. 💒

For the last few years, I sat on this song thinking it was just for us, but recently felt the nudge to put it out there, and I’m so stoked to share it with yall! Here’s to love! 🫶🏻 link in bio to presave/preorder! by @austinkjohnson

For the past 12 years, I’ve had the honest privilege of calling Redding home, and I can’t believe it’s coming to an end. When I moved here, I knew in my heart it would be for several years minimum, but had no idea it would last more than a decade. 🥺

I moved here a single kid, and I’m leaving a married man and a father. I moved here with a dream to encounter God, and it happened over and over again. I came with a hunger to be in the room where God was moving in a house that loved to worship, and can’t believe I ever got to lead that room in worship. I hoped for a community of like minded people, and got some of the most treasured lifelong friendships. God really did do exceedingly more than I could ask, think, or imagine.

I’d like to think something is right about leaving somewhere sad to leave it. It means that this season of life here was worth calling good, and I truly will treasure it and the people here forever.

With that, we are excited and expectant for a new season of life in Tennessee! If you think of us, pray for us as we make a massive life change 🥹🙏🏼 much love everyone, and love you Redding 😭 here’s a pic of one of my favorite spots here by @austinkjohnson

“We pulled from Scriptures like Psalm 27, Philippians 3, and Romans 12 to craft lyrics that expressed our longing to be a resting place for the Lord here on earth.”
