🚨Big news: I’ve officially launched my very own sales training platform @masersalestraining —a dream that’s been brewing for quite a while. I left my previous company of 4 years to pursue my passion and have a bigger impact in the pest control industry. Yes, it was scary, but I’ve never felt more alive.

Which one is the real @officialandyelliott and which one is Temu?

For the last 6 months, haters online have called me Temu Andy, Cosplay Andy, Mormon Andy Elliott, or have just said I’m larping as Andy Elliott… and honestly, what a compliment to actually have people see that I’m becoming someone new. I found someone I look up to, and I’m inspired to be a better Disciple of Christ, Husband, and Father because of him. Sounds like a W to me. 💪🏽

This photo happened by accident, as I forgot my white shorts for our White Out dinner tonight… and luckily, after dropping 50 pounds, I now fit into my wife’s shorts… 😂 it’s crazy how fast life can change. In January, I was making reels about this dude, and now he’s my mentor. 🙏

Im sure that I’ll get hate comments, I was a hater 8 months ago. Every hater deep inside wishes their lives could change, and they lash out from a place of lack/scarcity. That was me not too long ago until I softened my heart and realized that this guy stands for everything I want to stand for.

So grateful for @officialandyelliott and the impact he has had on my walk with God, my marriage, and my fitness. Sure, we’ve had the biggest financial year of our lives, but that’s just a byproduct chasing the man. Grateful to be out here with countless other power couples all determined to better themselves and the world. 🙏 by @austinmaser

If this strikes a nerve, it’s because you need to hear it. You only gave your best when you dated him/her… and then you let yourself go. You thought you “sealed the deal”, and now you no longer prioritize looking your best. You’re overweight and the fire you once had is gone… it’s TIME TO WAKE UP!

Trust me. I was that guy who sold my wife on marrying me, and then transformed into a real life Shrek. Weighing in at nearly 250lbs, I had to wake up and realize that the version of me I was bringing to the table was NOT the version I had promised @kaijafrancesca 💍

I challenge you to fit back into your wedding dress/suit again, and reignite the passion/pursuit you have for your spouse. Don’t get old and fat. Remember how motivated you were to look your best on your wedding day? Now we are gonna give our best EVERY DAY!

Never underestimate the power of FAMILY.

Behind so many strong men building big businesses, chasing impossible dreams, and stepping into God sized visions is a strong, supportive wife who believed when he wasn’t sure he could.

There are moments when we don’t have the strength.
Moments when the vision feels too big.
Moments when taking that next step into the unknown feels impossible.

Then God reminds you why He brought the right person into your life.

Sometimes your wife becomes the vessel God uses to give you the strength, courage, and faith to take that leap forward.

Business was never meant to come at the expense of family.

Build the business.
Strengthen the marriage.
Lead your children.
Keep God at the center.

Because when a man gets stronger, his family gets stronger.

And when men surround themselves with the right Brotherhood, it doesn’t just change businesses.

The Brotherhood changes families.

Loosing my Dad to leukemia was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. Dad always used to say “everything happens for a reason.” I believe something a little different now and it’s that “you can find PURPOSE in everything that happens.” I still don’t know why my Dad died while I was serving my church mission, but I’ve found purpose in his passing. The honor of being a DAD hits that much harder when you realize you won’t be around forever.🙏 by @austinmaser

4 months ago I put my back up against the wall and went ALL IN on mentorship and coaching with @officialandyelliott and @officialchandlerwidman by joining The Brotherhood. 🙏

Had my coach, Chandler, not reached out to me 8 months ago, my life would be drastically different.

My relationship with God. 🙏
My marriage with @kaijafrancesca 👰
My relationship with my two girls ❤️
My fitness 💪🏼
And least of all, our business… the money was just a by product of becoming the MAN!

And it’s STILL DAY 1. Last meeting I had with Andy, he couldn’t have been more firm on “NEVER STOP CHANGING.” A lot of people make changes, and they change right back to who they were before. Personal development is an endless pursuit of becoming the greatness version of yourself and becoming who God meant for you to be. 📈

You can change… and it doesn’t have to take long. 4 months in and our lives are changed forever. And we are not done changing. Go ALL IN, take the leap of faith, and watch what God can do when He see’s your willing to do whatever it takes to hit your goals.

I’m so grateful my wife saw the greatness in me and wouldn’t let me sleep on it. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. ❤️ by @austinmaser

Find good men. Get around them. Sharpen each other. Build something that matters.

Become the man God called you to be.

And that won’t happen by yourself.
