A lot going on so much that I missed celebrating my Amicaversary 🥴 I’ve been a proud member of Zeta Amicae of Gloucester County, NJ, for 12 years. It’s Another Taurus Birthday! This one right here…..don’t have the words to express what she means to me. Zeta Amicae Light Blue repping GREEN for Mental Health Awareness!

Yesterday and today I saw posts from people who while usually projecting that they are okay, admitted that they aren’t.

Seeing someone with Mental Health issues isn’t just the person you see on the street. It’s not always the person who everyone calls “crazy” or that person who seems to be okay, even with they are always by themselves.

Sometimes seeing someone going through a crisis isn’t obvious. We all go through mental health issues, we all have our way of dealing with things that affect us.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Check on your friends, family or just ask someone if they are ok when it seems they aren’t. Sometimes a simple phone call, some QT or a text is enough to let someone know they are important.
