I've SO nearly reached my target. I know there are a few of you out there who said they'd sponsor and just need a reminder. No matter how small, it all helps.

I found a photo from 19 years ago when Emma Paterson was my tiny bridesmaid. Who knew that we would complete the New Forest Marathon last weekend in amazing time and great style! 🤩 Me even beating my London Marathon time from 30 years ago!! 💥

So far we have managed to raise over £2,330 for the children of Darfur! Incredible!! 😍 Thank you so much to all of you who have donated so far! 🥰

You can still show your support:

Friends are really important. It was a pleasure to cut short the long runs last week for Bryn and Richard's Suffolk wedding! When I started the idea of running a marathon 30 years after my first, I wanted to run for my wonderful friend, Carrie Rose, who died unnecessarily of sepsis. I could have run for the Sepsis charity but these families in Sudan need our help so much right now. So I'm remembering Carrie by asking friends to be sepsis aware (https://sepsistrust.org) AND support my fundraiser, https://www.justgiving.com/page/susanna-austin-1722441664921?utm_term=2yrn747RY One week to go!😨 by @austinsusanna
