My Grandmother passed away today at 98 years old. She joins my dad and her long line of ancestors. I think I can safely say heaven is a lot more fun now because she had the best sense of humor. RIP Niece by @austintonefactory

Well that race was difficult I haven’t worked out that much not a sustained routine like I have in the past. So here are the numbers
These placed number is for the runners in my age group.
1st 10k May 23’
3h13m / 94th place out of 108

2nd 10k Nov 24’
2h5m / 13th place out of 28

3rd 10k May 25’
2h12m / 8th place out of 39

Today’s 10k
2h 01m / 8th place out of 35

The first race I had been working out all the time at a really bad CrossFit gym and the results show
The second and third race were my own workout regimen and I did well.
Today’s race I didn’t do shit for 6 months
And got the best time out of all of them.

So that data shows that a terrible crossfit gym makes it worse and not doing anything for 6 months makes it better.
