We’re honored to be recognized once again as a MICHELIN Guide Recommended Restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide (@michelinguide)!

It means so much to be recognized for a second year, especially alongside so many restaurants we love and admire here in Houston and across Texas.

This recognition belongs to everyone who makes The Marigold Club what it is. To our team, who bring so much creativity, care, and personality to every service, thank you for everything you do to make this place so special.
And to our guests, who have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with us, gathered around the table for wine dinners, spent evenings sipping Champagne and sharing oysters and caviar, or simply stopped in for a cocktail at the bar, thank you. You bring The Marigold Club to life, and we’re grateful to be part of so many of your moments, big and small.

On Wednesday, October 21, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 and @thesaltymag_ Chef @jennertomaska of
Chicago’s Michelin-starred Esmé and Petite Edith into the kitchen with our own Chef @austinwaiter .

For one night, Chef Jenner’s French bistro style and contemporary technique meet Chef Austin’s French-inspired cooking with a distinctly British point of view, all brought together in a special multi-course tasting menu.

The evening is $195 per person, with optional beverage pairings available.

Two chefs, one kitchen, and a very good reason to make Wednesday dinner plans.

Salty Magazine and Chef Austin Waiter of The Marigold Club in Houston, Texas will welcome Chef Jenner Tomaska of Petite Edith and one-Michelin-starred Esmé restaurants in Chicago for a special one-night celebration of cuisine Française on Wednesday, October 21st at The Marigold Club. Chef Tomaska will bring his blend of French bistro fare enhanced with contemporary techniques while Chef Waiter adds a British twist to his elegant French inspired fare. The multi-course tasting menu, priced at $195 (exclusive of tax and service), will also offer optional beverage pairings. Reservations are available on OpenTable. by @austinwaiter

Tbilisi. 🇬🇪

Out at a sturgeon farm with @altimacaviar watching fish that have been around forever and getting a real sense of where caviar actually comes from. Wild to see it at the source.

In town drinking amber wines, eating simple food that packs a punch, and tasting history in every bite. Surrounded by people who are warm, generous, and proud to share it.

𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧 happens Tuesday through Sunday from 5–6 PM, throughout the entire restaurant. Enjoy half off martinis, bubbles by the bottle, oysters, caviar, bar snacks, and more. No reservations required, just very good timing.
