Great article in @geelongtimes featuring Geelong’s very own hometown hero, Phil “The @boxingyakk ” Hulands!

Check it out to see how adaptive boxing has changed his life!

Great to see our American boxing family, the United Adaptive Boxing Council (UABC) @uabc_adaptive_boxing getting a mention too. Shout out to @completehealthgeelong for sticking with us all these years!

Thanks to the Geelong Times for helping spread the word about adaptive boxing, both here in Australia and internationally! by @australianadaptiveboxing

A massive congratulations to AABC member 009, Ade Rolfe.

On Friday 16 October, Ade stepped into the ring against John Tuulama at Panthers Penrith as part of the BroFit Boxing Challenge.
Following a dedicated 10-week fight camp, Ade dropped an impressive 7kg in preparation for the bout.
What followed was a hard-fought contest, with both fighters pushing each other throughout. Both received standing eight counts, with the bout ultimately ending in a draw.

A big shout-out to the team at BroFit! Ade has been putting in the hard yards with these guys, and the results speak for themselves. It’s fantastic to see the work, dedication and support that goes into preparing fighters to step into the ring.

It’s great to see our AABC members continuing to challenge themselves and making their mark in the boxing community.

Congratulations to both fighters, and especially to Ade. We’re proud to have you representing the AABC. by @australianadaptiveboxing
